Month Of Wedding Coordination

This service is perfect for couples who have booked their vendors and secured their venue, but still need someone on the big day to make sure it all comes together! I will assist with final preparations and make sure that everything goes smoothly and according to plan.

Pre-Wedding Services

  • Unlimited Communication via Phone, Text or Email beginning three months from wedding day

  • 1 In Person Meeting for Final Details

  • Coordination of details with venue

  • Confirmation of all final details & vendor schedules

  • Creation of floor plan

  • Development of custom wedding day timeline

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • Attend final appointment/walk-through of venue & reception site

Wedding Day Services

  • Unlimited hours provided on wedding day

  • Point of contact for all vendors on wedding day

  • Full Set-Up of Decor for Ceremony and Reception

  • Oversee vendor set-up

  • Receive deliveries & direct vendors

  • Ensure wedding runs smoothly & on schedule from start to finish

  • Distribute final payments & gratuities to vendors on your behalf

Ceremony Coordination:

  • Distribute floral items to wedding party & pinning of boutonnières as needed

  • Direct and cue ceremony processional/recessional

  • Assist with gathering wedding party and family members for photos

  • Greet & direct guests to ceremony

Reception Services

  • Greet & assist guests as they arrive for reception

  • Prepare wedding party for grand entrance

  • Coordinate with DJ regarding timeline of events & announcements (i.e. 1st dance, speeches,
toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.)

  • Cake cutting services, if not provided by caterer

  • Direct send-off for wedding guests and bride and groom

  • Assist with wedding gifts/cards

  • Consolidate and organize decor and rental items for departure

Additional Services
(Extra Fee)

  • Second Coordinator (required for separate venues for ceremony and reception)

  • Room flip from inside ceremony to inside reception

  • Returning rental items to other vendors

  • Rehearsal dinner set-up, design, decorate, coordination w/caterer

  • Travel over 40 miles (one-way)
